Biometric Attendance System
Overview
Bayometric’s fingerprint technology is being used by a major State Government in India to empower them to cope with the falling attendance of its employees. The Fingerprint based attendance system, ANSI/INCITS 378 compliant, will be deployed in offices across the state to record attendance data.
Solution
The program will cover over 750,000 office goers in the state, spread over 5000 offices. The technology, provided by Bayometric, is ANSI/INCITS 378 compliant, thereby offering interoperability and providing freedom to the government to change the algorithm or the scanners without having to re-build the system from scratch.
Bayometric has provided a single special Enterprise License, helping in the deployment of the software at multiple locations, with one single license key.
What our clients say
Technology
Bayometric’s fingerprinting technology has already been successfully implemented by various Governmental and private organizations at various levels. This same technology has also been successfully used in the Yerwada Prison, Maharashtra, India’s second largest jail to enroll and authenticate 3000 inmates.
Benefits
A recent study had found increasing levels of absenteeism in offices spread over the state. The biometric fingerprinting system is expected to shore up the state government’s image and improve productivity by improving attendance levels.
