Same day shipping
To ensure that your purchased item reaches your doorstep as fast as possible, all items marked with “Ships Same Day” icon, are shipped on the same business day. Our cut-off time for fulfilling orders of the day is 6 pm PST/ 3pm EST (Monday –Friday). So all purchases made by 6 PM PST/ 2 PM EST with ‘ships same day’ icon will be shipped the same business day.

We Ship World Wide
No matter where you are located, we will deliver the goods to your doorstep. As a standard procedure to ensure fast & efficient delivery to your doorstep, we deliver all products only through the strongest and secure international courier company. Bayometric offers DHL shipping service for international orders ensuring that our customers save upto 60% on shipping costs. If you want us to use any other carrier then you can tell us and we would be happy to use the carrier of your choice. As soon as your package ships we will email you with a verified tracking number to allow for easy tracking of each order in transit. Should there be any delay in shipment, one of our experienced customer service specialists will notify you.

Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an email invoice confirming your order. All orders are processed within one business day. When your items ship, you will receive another email with a verified tracking number, to allow for easy tracking of each order. If your order is fulfilled using multiple shipments, you will receive multiple shipment confirmation emails.

Out of Stock
Most items are usually shipped within 24 hours. If your item is out of stock then we will notify you via email or phone. You will have the choice of waiting on the backordered item(s), cancelling the order altogether, or selecting a different item.

Multiple Shipments
Because Bayometric uses several different warehouses, in some cases orders of two or more items may result in multiple separate shipments. Your order may arrive as several shipments on different days. There is no additional charge to you.

Shipping Lead Times
We make every effort to provide accurate shipping estimates to our customers. Shipping lead times posted on our product pages are estimates. If your order is time sensitive, please email our Sales department at sales@bayometric.com. to ensure product availability and turnaround time. Majority of our orders are fulfilled within 24 hours.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason for a full refund providing that the item has not been shipped. You may contact our Sales department at sales@bayometric.com. to check the status of your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped, it is considered a return and you must follow the guidelines of our return policy.

Bayometric strives to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Qualifying purchases made within the United States can be returned up to 7 days from the date of your purchase. The return process is quick and easy. Before returning the product(s) please familiarize yourself with our return Policy.

What Qualifies for a Refund:
Product(s) must be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase.
Product(s) must be new and in original packaging.
Product(s) must not have been installed.
Product(s) must be unused, undamaged with all manuals, boxes, accessories, packaging intact.
Product(s) must be a “current stock”* item and not have been:
A “special order and/or non-stock”** item. Following items are considered special order items and cannot be returned – Verifi P5100, Secugen Hamster Pro 20, RealScan G10, RealScan-G1, Kojak, Unity 20, Hamster Pro.

All software sales are final. Software products are non-returnable.

Following items are non-refundable – ATF LiveScan Software, ATF LiveScan Software  – Basic (EFT File Creation) (#ATFDUP), ATF LiveScan Software – Advanced (EFT File Creation), Print to Card Package, ATF Live Scan – NFA Fingerprinting, EFT File Creation & ATF Form 4 eFile

Discontinued by the manufacturer either before or after sale to the customer.
Product(s) must not be a clearance item.
*Only current stock items of reasonable quantity will be considered for return.
** Special orders and non-stocks are materials that Bayometric does not regularly carry in inventory. These items are ordered for the customer by Bayometric from the manufacturer upon a specific request from the customer. Bayometric’s manufacturers generally do not allow Bayometric to return these items to the manufacturer. Signature Pads and few other items are special order items.

Special Note:
Product(s) must pass inspection upon receipt by Bayometric. All returns are inspected on arrival and a full refund will NOT be issued if the product(s) are not in new and original condition.
Please ensure that product(s) are returned to Bayometric via secure delivery method. Please use a carrier that tracks the shipment; also please insure it, as we will not be responsible for items, which are lost in shipping. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process.
The shipping charges of your original order are non-refundable. All shipping charges and insurance costs for sending an item back is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Certain products, such as unprotected software libraries and source code packages, may not be returned after purchase. Once we provide you with the License key or the complete software, you will not be able to return the same.
Bayometric will not accept for return any materials that were purchased greater than 7 days from the date of request for return.

Shortages and Claims:
Any concealed damage, defective material or shortages must be reported with 48 hours of receipt.
Freight damages or shortages must be reported to the carrier upon receipt of product. Please retain all original packaging and documentation, as they will be needed to process your replacement.
Items returned as damaged or defective that are found to be in working condition after inspection will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and deduction of round trip shipping charges.

Restocking fees
Returns will be subject to a handling/restocking charge according to the following schedule:
RMAs requested 1 to 7 days from purchase …..Fee of 15% of returned item (s) price

Return Process:
Return process is simple and easy. Since prior authorization is required to properly process a return, customers MUST receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Bayometric prior to returning product for refund. Please contact your account manager or send an email at sales@bayometric.com to get the RMA

Bayometric sells only the best products, and is proud to back up every product we sell with our One Year Limited Warranty.

Bayometric will gladly repair or replace, at our discretion, your purchase within one year of your purchase date in the event that you find a defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover Software Products. All our Hardware products are covered by the included manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover defects, damages or malfunctions caused by improper installation or use of the product in any manner other than that intended and specified by the manufacturer.

Bayometric shall in no event be liable for incidental damages. Your specific legal rights granted by this warranty vary from state to state. Please retain your original receipt or invoice for this warranty.

Performance

Indemnification
If Buyer uses goods purchased from or through Bayometric in an application or end-product, Buyer has the obligation to determine the suitability of the goods purchased for Buyer’s application by testing or other means, and to determine that the application or end-product meets all applicable industry standards for safety and durability. If Buyer uses goods purchased from or through Bayometric in an application or end-product, and their use results in damage or harm to the person or property of Buyer or others, Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Bayometric harmless for all liability whether arising out of contract, tort, or other grounds.
